Terms of Service
Last updated: October 17, 2026.
Tutare (Tara Hidalgo)
Independent artist based in Costa Rica.
1. Scope and website use
These terms describe the conditions for using Tutare's portfolio, operated by Norma Hidalgo Solano as an independent individual based in Costa Rica. The website presents artwork, exhibitions, workshops, and art activities, and allows visitors to send inquiries. If you disagree with these conditions, do not use the form or make unauthorized use of the content.
2. Inquiries and project agreements
Sending a message does not confirm a booking, enrollment, purchase, or engagement. Availability, prices, scope, materials, payments, and cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be agreed separately before an activity or project is confirmed.
A specific agreement takes precedence for the project it covers. Inquiries about activities for children must be managed by an adult authorized to do so.
3. Intellectual property and images
Artwork, photographs, text, and other materials presented by Tutare belong to Norma Hidalgo Solano or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law. Viewing, downloading, or opening an image at full size does not transfer rights to it.
Except for uses permitted by law, prior permission from the rights holder is required to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit content. Rights to commissioned artwork and workshop materials will be set out in the relevant agreement.
4. Responsible use
Provide accurate information and use the form only for legitimate inquiries. Do not submit spam, unlawful content, threats, malicious files, or other people's information without authorization. Do not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.
5. Availability and liability
The portfolio is provided as available and may change or be interrupted for maintenance. Images illustrate artistic work; perceived colors and dimensions may vary by screen. Confirm proposal details directly before entering an agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, uninterrupted or error-free website availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
6. Privacy and third-party services
The Privacy Policy linked on this page describes how information submitted through the form is handled. Hosting and form processing rely on Netlify. Links to external services do not imply control over their content or practices.
7. Questions, disputes, and applicable rights
To raise a concern or seek a resolution to a dispute, write to the direct contact email or use the form and describe the situation. This portfolio is operated from Costa Rica, and these terms are interpreted under Costa Rican law without excluding mandatory protections that may apply where you live. Nothing prevents you from contacting competent authorities or courts or makes exercising your rights conditional on doing so.
8. Updates and validity
Changes will be published here with their revision date and will not retroactively change confirmed agreements. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
